Where there is Great Love there are Always Great Miracles came about as a solution to a body of work that was coming to an end. However, through the loving collaboration of Jack Doroshow and my consistent inability to temper ambition, more than 15 years from its inception, the book has taken on a life of its own. What began as a 30 page soft-covered zine has become an abstract novel with more than 150 pages of artworks, photographs, drawings, collages, poetry, automatic writing, and flotsam. Each of the 21 copies is imbibed with human multitudes– in all of our beauty and sickness.
